We monitor the machine remotely using AI technology 24 hours a day. We typically know about an issue before your team does. A technician is dispatched within 24 hours in all cases. The machine is covered by a full warranty. Your building is never responsible for any repairs.

"Is DB Smart Markets properly licensed and insured?"

Yes. We hold an active City of Chicago Limited Business License covering all machine locations citywide, are fully registered for Illinois sales tax, and carry a Business Owner's Policy with $2,000,000 general liability coverage per occurrence. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

"What are the terms if we want to end the partnership?"

Our placement agreement includes clear, fair termination terms. We require advance written notice and will coordinate machine removal promptly and professionally. There is no penalty to your building. We believe in partnerships built on mutual satisfaction — not contracts that trap anyone.

"How do we know this will actually work for our building?"

We assess every building individually before making a recommendation. If we do not believe a smart market will genuinely serve your residents well, we will tell you honestly rather than push forward with a placement that does not make sense. We only partner with buildings where we know it will work.
